DTP Human Tumor Cell Line Screen Inhibit the Growth of Human Tumor Cell Lines Screening results and chemical structural data from tens of thousands of compounds that have been checked for evidence of the ability to inhibit the growth of human tumor cell lines. GI50, TGI, LC50 Compounds are tested at five different concentrations for the ability to inhibit sixty different human tumor cell lines. The dose respose data is used to calculate three concentration parameters: GI50, TGI, LC50. Results for 41,000 Compounds Results include: NSC number, Concentration Unit, log of the highest concentration tested, panel name for the cell line, cell line name, panel number of the cell line, cell number of the cell line, number of tests for this NSC and cell line, maximum number of tests for this NSC, and StdDev Standard Deviation of the Log10 of the results averaged across all tests for this NSC and cell line.
